- Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct research to identify high-performing keywords and target audiences, refining strategies to better reach and engage potential customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure consistency across all campaigns.
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community around the brand.
- Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the overall social media strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and message across all channels.
