**Job Purpose**:
**To effectively develop and manage a sales network to meet business objectives.**

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generating leads and maintaining Customer databases.

Negotiate/close deals by converting the leads to customers with successful visits. Convince, take orders from the customers and verify on-time delivery.
- Ensure product placement is done to please the customers.
- Maintaining relations with existing customers while taking follow ups.
- Reaching out to OTC, Ayurveda Doctors, and Distributors
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Ensuring sales target and its timely achievement.
- Participating in promotional events, trade exhibitions.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data. Skills:

- Negotiating skills
- Relationship management
- Strong in networking
- Convincing skills
- Open for travelling travelingSouth Gujarat

**Qualification BBA / MBA / Any Bachelor Degree.**
- Preferred industry - Pharma/Healthcare.
- Experience of at least 1-2 years in Business Development/Channel Sales.
- Stability of minimum 9 months in a company.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pharma: 1 year (preferred)
