- Ensure while making Work-Instruction, Process sheet, Material Handling plan will follow all Safety norms.
- To generate Advanced Full kitting plan for material at stores if required.
- To issue Full kits as per execution plan
- Coordination with all department for pulling critical full kits to shop.
- Optimisation of station requirement for project.
- Ensure resource augmentation as per project requirement
- Plan for all possible parallel activities.
- Monthly monitoring of Revenue Cost.
- To implement Digital initiatives for the smooth execution of project.
- Identify safety measures required to be implemented for making safe work environment.
- Instruct team to implement necessary safety measures.
- To inculcate behaviour based safety amongst employees.
- Instructing team to identify special tools or fixture required for the project.
- Identify and buy tools which are energy efficient.
