**Job Description**:

- Reviewing monthly commission calculations and all other month end related tasks.
- Working with team in reviewing all commission plans and recording all the journals related to commissions.
- Weekly meeting with teams and provides status update of all day to day work schedule.
- Working with HQ and teams for month & quarter closing activities within deadlines and regular updates.
- Global SOX compliances as applicable to the handled processes.
- Working with HQ Team and Internal Audit teams for SOX PBCs and evidence.
- Any other additional task or tasks incidental to any of the above

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for a MBA/M.Com or similar courses who have a sound academic record with good aggregate marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation Level from reputed institute within India in Finance & Accounting stream
- Minimum 6 months post qualification experience would be preferred
- MS Office:

- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Good analytical & communication skills.
- Flexibility and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines (especially at quarter end)
