**Key Responsibilities**:
**Instruction and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Incorporate technology and hands-on activities to enhance the learning experience.

**Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and observations.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their mathematical skills.

**Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and cooperation.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

**Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student learning and school initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and advancements in mathematics education.

**Parental Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, upcoming events, and any concerns.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student performance and address any issues.

**Additional Duties**:

- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and committees as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Primary Education or school administration.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Teaching certification for Secondary education is required.

**Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience in Secondary education, particularly in teaching mathematics to grades 3-5, is preferred.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong knowledge of primary mathematics curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online resources.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
