Job Summary:

- We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Agile Coach to support our Agile transformation within the automotive software truck division, with a particular focus on integrating different approaches such as systems engineering. This role will help cross-functional teams—including mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers—adopt Agile practices to improve collaboration, accelerate development cycles, and deliver high-quality, integrated systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Agile Coaching Across Disciplines: Guide cross-functional product teams in adopting Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) tailored to the Daimler Tuck development lifecycle.
- Scaled Agile Implementation: Lead the deployment of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS,) across large, multi-disciplinary programs involving hardware-software integration and complex vehicle systems.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver Agile training and workshops for systems engineers, product managers, and leadership to foster a shared understanding of Agile values and practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote Lean-Agile thinking and continuous improvement across engineering, R&D, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Agile Metrics: Define and track Agile and systems engineering metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time, system maturity, integration cadence) to assess progress and drive improvements.
- Transformation: Work closely with global teams, communicate the Agile mindset and guiding organizational changes to live Agile Principles.

- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a complex engineering environment—preferably in automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
- Experience with systems engineering methodologies (e.g., V-Model, MBSE) and tools (e.g., IBM DOORS)
- Familiarity with automotive development standards (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Desired certifications: PSM1 / CSM / SAFe SSM / SAFe SA /SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) / ICP-ACC / ICP-ENT / ICP-CAT

- Worked in global environment and has exposure of different working culture across APAC, Europe, and USA.
- Adapt coaching approaches based on learning loops, feedback, and evolving challenges.
