**Responsibilities**:

- **Kitchen & Pantry Management**:

- Prepare and cook meals for the management as per their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and pantry area.
- Ensure kitchen supplies and groceries are stocked as required.
- Help the admin for the work ( Event)
- **Office Maintenance & Housekeeping**:

- Clean and maintain the washrooms and common areas to ensure hygiene standards.
- Regularly check and refill washroom essentials (soap, tissues, etc.).
- Provide drinking water to employees and ensure availability of clean water at all times.
- Desk cleaning of the employee
- **Document & Office Coordination**:

- Handle and deliver important office documents to clients and stakeholders.
- Collect and submit paperwork as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations. ( Legal paper)
- **Outdoor & Office Errands**:

- Travel to banks, government offices, and vendors for official work.
- Purchase office supplies and other required items when necessary.
- Assist in any other office-related tasks as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have a valid two-wheeler (bike) and driving license** (Fuel reimbursement will be provided).
- Basic cooking skills with experience in preparing meals.
- Prior experience in office maintenance and document handling preferred.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and well-disciplined.
- Ability to handle confidential documents with care.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
