**Responsibilities**
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with the established
- schedule as per companies ACT and with input from the rest of the departments
- DATA ENTRY IN TALLY for all types of transactions as per company requirements
- Prepare monthly and Quarterly returns of GST ( GSTR1, 2A, 2B, 3B).
- Prepare form 3CD as per Income Tax Act.
- Be ready to be update with GST amendments/notification.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the MD's attention
- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CA with conducting audits
- Conduct regular ledger maintenance
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CPA preferred
- Knowledge and experience of working in relevant to accounting areas of GST ACT, Income TAX Act.
- Experience with computerized ledger systems especially Tally
- Advanced knowledge of Excel ( Tab setting and formulae linking)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with GST system, Income Tax online system and ROC online system a plus
