**Requirements**:
**Job Description**:

- Experience in being a Scrum Master for at least 5-8 years in a software development team that is well-versed in Scrum principles and practices.
- Be the single point of contact for customers on implementation including any integrations.
- Communicate work status to client and internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Work with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support teams to ensure that they understand any customizations done or unique needs served for the customer
- Work closely with the product development team to share client feedback and for post-implementation reviews
- Track key metrics and KPIs related to implementation success
- Seasoned with SAFE and Agile process and tools
- System Engineering background and system thinking
- Experience working with bigger and complex programs
- Exposure to process/product management tools Rally Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Daptiv.
- Ability to create custom rally Jira reporting dashboards
- Experience in executing passport /stage gate based development process

**Key Skills**:

- Facilitate Scrum team meetings, including stand-ups, refinements, sprint plannings, demos, and retrospectives
- Monitor the teams’ progress in achieving commitments by utilizing issue, risk and dependency management
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure that product backlogs are in line with business needs
- Coach teams in Agile practices
