Tmc Setter

Should be an expert in programming of TMC Citizen, TSugami 5th Axis and above machines
- Must know process engineering, special fixtures designs and special process knowledge like plating etc
- Must know Cycle fixing and Special tool design
- Must know GD&T & Inspection Methods
- Must know Tool Setup Sheet
- Ensure programmed validation has been carried-out
- Ensure Current version / configuration of software available.
- For critical components 3d model is created
- Once the model is created perform the dry run to ensure the program
- Inspect the Part, if necessary model & program to be Modified
- Machine the part on a soft material
- Machine on the Actual Material

Experience between 3-8 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
