Primary responsibilities revolve around the development and improvement of food products and processes.
- work on designing and conducting experiments to develop new food products or improve existing ones.
- formulate and develop prototypes for new food products, conduct evaluations and gather feedback to refine and optimize the product formulations
- collaborate with potential & reliable suppliers for procurement
- They develop and implement protocols, perform risk assessments, and ensure adherence to HACCP to prevent contamination and maintain a safe environment.
- maintain detailed records of experiments, procedures, and results. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and specifications for internal use and regulatory compliance.
- stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific research related to agriculture and food production.
