**Requirements**:

- Bachelors / MSc / Ph.D. in Microbiology or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in microbiology, with expertise in microbial culture maintenance, isolation, identification, and characterization
- Strong knowledge of microbial ecology, microbial diversity, and microbial interactions
- Experience in molecular biology techniques, such as PCR, sequencing, and bio informatics
- Experience in managing and curating a collection of microbial cultures.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and experience in presenting research at conferences and meetings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with other scientists, students, and junior researchers.
- Experience in managing laboratory resources, including equipment, supplies, and budgets.
- Experience in mentoring and training students and junior scientists is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,359.24 - ₹43,096.04 per month
