5) Material Cross Checked Against Bill Of Material (BOM)

6) Monthly Category Wise Stock Taking & Give The Report To Management.

7) Band Saw M/C Planning For Round Parts & Flat Cutting (W. O. Wise)

8) Making labour challan in tally. To Sending material For Job Work (turning, grinding, VMC work, Gun drilling, surface grinding etc.). As Per Drawing.

9) Raw Material Round Parts Cutting Planning

10) Material outward/inward stock maintain in excel.

11) Sending Material as per requisition slip.

12) Daily Incoming material inspection/checked/verified as per party challan/bill. As Per P. O

13). W.O. Wise Bolt/Fastener/Accessories Allotted For Final Assembly.

14) Min/Max Stock Maintain For All Tooling/R. M./STD Material.

15) Mould Accessories Managing (Child Parts)

16) Daily Vendor Update/ Follow-up From Job Work Material( Child Parts.)

Tube Innovative (India)

Manufacturers Of Industrial Pipe Fitting, Flanges, Socket weld Fitting, Butt Weld Fitting.

1) Incoming/In process Material Inspection

2) Sending Raw Material To Vendor End (For Job Work)

2) W. O. Wise Material Sorting And Dispatch

3) Shopfloor Activities

4) Coordination With Production.

5) Material Planning

6) Production/QC Activities

7) Other Work As Per Management Order.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
