We health requirement of QC for a transformer industry at Jaipur location.

KEY RESULTS:
Quality Plan Adherance.
- Detect and arrest defects at the earliest stages so that it doesn't pass to next process.
- Standard and good quality product is received at every process.
- Customer receive good quality & trouble free product.
- Lower after sales service cost.
- Customer satisfaction through effective and fast response to their compliant.
- Customer delight through cost effective field service

KEY ACTIVITIES:
1. Handling product Stage & Final Customer Inspection
2. Final inspection NCs management through FMS / RCA / CAR
3. Review product test results & Provide test results to design
department as feedback to validate product designs. (prepare a
system around this)

5. Training of team members and their skill development
6. To arrange type test at third party / test houses
7. To ensure that all the test equipments are calibrated
8. To ensure all the aparatus used in quality control at various stages
are in good condition with timely preventive maintainence
9. Periodical review / audit of customer complaint reports and FSR
reports and its validation
10. Keep top managment updated and informed with inovative ideas
as how to improve and develop quality standards of the product &
services on continual basis
11. Participate in Proto type development
12. Maintain ZED & NABL accredation and testing lab to its
requirement
13. Deal with external auditors from ISO, BIS, ZED & NABL etc.
14. Monitor Shop Floor and ensure 5S / red tag campaign
implementation
visits
16. To conduct daily kick off meeting
17. To maintain safety measures / Human safety
18. All SOPs & WIs should be reviewed & updated on a periodical basis

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
