Built nest is searching for a talented and ambitious Junior Architect to join our growing team As a Junior Architect at our firm, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects and work closely with experienced architects to further develop your skills in design, communication, and project management. **Responsibilities**:
Assist Senior Architects in project inception, by providing architectural research, design ideas, and concept development
Develop architectural drawings and 3D models using various software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Vray
Collaborate with project teams to produce design documentation, including construction drawings, detailed sections, and material specifications
Coordinate with consultants and other disciplines to ensure integration of project-specific systems and requirements
Engage in design accessibility, building code analysis, and permitting processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws
Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts, respond to client feedback, and ensure project objectives are met
Provide on-site coordination and project management support during the construction phase, maintaining quality control and resolving issues as they arise
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our work and the expertise of our team
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field
[0-2] years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management
Strong knowledge of and proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Vray
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and present ideas clearly to clients
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
