**Role Description - Back Office Executive (Full-Time, On-Site | Chandigarh)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily back office operations, including data entry, documentation, and order coordination.
- Support the sales team with quotations, technical documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain technical records, product specs, and customer databases.
- Assist with product research, vendor communication, and technical information gathering.
- Ensure smooth administrative workflows and support cross-functional tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in back office, technical support, or administrative roles (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of industrial products or technical terminology.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and work in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
