**Responsibility**:

- Traveling to clients' locations.
- Setting up and calibrating NDT equipment.
- Conducting rigorous tests on structures and materials using non-destructive techniques.
- Developing and instituting bespoke NTD procedures for specified products and materials during and after manufacturing.
- Identifying structural and material defects.
- Interpreting test results.
- Completing test reports, and presenting findings.
- Maintaining NTD equipment.

**Support Functions**:

- Operating non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment, monitoring and reporting NDT data
- Carrying out predefined NDT daily, weekly and monthly checks
- Identifying issues while using equipment and documenting and putting in preventative measures
- Tracking orders and regulating work lists to ensure workload is prioritized and equipment is utilized
- Ensuring specific quality and criteria are maintained to quality system requirements
- Able to understand and follow detailed instructions, routing and drawings for job and set-up operations.

**Skills Required**:

- Up-to-date knowledge of inspection, test methods and relevant standards.
- Up-to-date knowledge in NDT as per relevant standards.
- Tactful to satisfy outside inspection requirements.
- Basic AutoCAD Knowledge
- Knowledge of Welding Processes
- Fabrication Processes Knowledge Require
- Good communication and training skill
