### **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photography**: Capture high-quality images for a variety of projects, including portraits, events, product photography, and lifestyle shots.
- **Videography**: Film and edit professional-grade videos for events, promotional materials, social media, and other content.
- **Pre-Production**: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and storyboard shoots, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- **Post-Production**: Edit photos and videos using software like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) to ensure the final output meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- **Equipment Management**: Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and ready for shoots.
- **Creative Direction**: Provide input on creative concepts and visual storytelling techniques, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
- **Client/Stakeholder Interaction**: Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets expectations.
- **File Management**: Organize and store all media assets in an efficient and accessible manner.
- **Content Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest photography and videography trends, tools, and technologies.

## **Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with various types of photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lighting setups, drones (preferred), etc.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, and branding.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Knowledge of drone operation and aerial photography/videography (optional, but a plus).
**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry photography/videography equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during shoots.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
