**Your Role: Crafting Iconic Beauty Moments**

As our **Senior Influencer Marketing Executive**, you’ll be the mastermind behind our influencer collaborations, ensuring our beauty brand stays ahead of the trends, breaks the internet, and creates a loyal fanbase.

**What You’ll Do (Your Beauty Playground)**:
**Influencer Strategy**: Develop and execute game-changing influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. **Trendspotting & Research**: Identify rising beauty influencers, thought leaders, and content creators who align with our brand ethos. **Relationship Building**: Connect, collaborate, and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors. **Campaign Innovation**: Brainstorm and execute creative influencer campaigns that make waves across social media. **Content Curation**: Work closely with influencers to ensure high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience. **Performance Tracking**: Monitor influencer performance, analyze campaign metrics, and report on ROI to optimize future strategies. **Multi-Channel Coordination**: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure influencer strategies align with broader brand goals across all platforms.**Networking & Events**: Attend beauty events, influencer meet-ups, and industry gatherings to expand our network and stay ahead of the curve. **Tech & Trends**: Stay up-to-date with emerging platforms, influencer tools, and best practices in influencer marketing.

**What You Bring (Your Beauty Kit)**:
✔ **Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing,** preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.✔ **Strong knowledge of social media & influencer landscapes** (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).✔ **Exceptional communication & negotiation skills** to foster authentic influencer partnerships.✔ **Creative mindset** with a passion for storytelling and brand building.✔ **Data-driven approach**—you know how to track performance and optimize campaigns.✔ **Ability to multitask** and manage multiple campaigns with ease.✔ **Familiarity with influencer marketing tools & analytics platforms** is a plus.✔ **Understanding of legal & compliance considerations** in influencer marketing is desirable.
