Team: Center for Operations Excellence (COE) - New Business Quoting. The team is responsible for supporting internal sales teams and working alongside other cross-functional teams where appropriate to improve customer experience & optimize process. The team manages critical responsibilities including but not limited to increasing Sales Revenues by supporting internal sales team and working with cross functions to improve customer experience. The team provides 24x5 coverage to sales ensuring all quotes for APJ, EMEA & AMS are 100% accurate and does not cause any downstream impact.

Responsibilities may include some or all the following:

- Effectively drive transformational projects
- Manage change management for all changes
- Manage queries with respect to quotes, process, and programs
- Effective escalations management by collaborating with cross-functional teams for 2nd level support on handled processes & tasks
- Frontline Operations Support for the Sales Reps on quoting / technical aspects
- Ensure timely acknowledgement & closure of requests received in the mailbox
- Work with global stakeholders on projects and provide insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership
- Quote Creation / Validation in CPQ
- Project Management
- Supervising a team of Specialists & Analysts
- Be the next in line support for the Manager
- Support Sales Weekly Linearity Targets by tracking deals and supporting the Sales Teams to resolve any issues
- Support the Quarter End close activities of the team
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide updates on deals and support rapid resolution of issues, keep Sales Reps updated on progress
- Manage ah-hoc campaigns and activities that will support the Sales Reps to drive new business sales
- Preparation of standard reports and presentations
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and success, offer improvement suggestions
- Manage ah-hoc requests from Sales and Sales Operations Leaders that supports the business to reach planned growth targets

Qualifications and Experience:

- Graduation - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications or Equivalent
- Excellent MS-Excel & MS-PowerPoint knowledge
- Knowledge of Sales Cycle and its basic requirements
- Ability to build relationships with vendors and key stakeholders
- Self-starter and a proactive can do & innovative attitude
- Requires excellent communication skills, cross-functional experience & interpersonal skills
- Results and detail oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
- Ability to adopt frequent process changes
- Track, report and maintain the daily process metrics
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

Technologies:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint - Required
- In-depth knowledge & understanding of CPQ / Quoting tools
- Strong awareness of CRM (SFDC or Oracle Sales Cloud) functionalities - Required
- Business objects / OBIEE experience - Preferred
