- Should have worked on Idoc processing Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and manage tickets knowledge of SLAs RCA Contribute to competency and work on PoC PoV s Co ordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions methodology etc Should be an individual Contributor and team player
