- Finacle Customisation Lead (Location
- Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, Bhubaneswar Client site)
RemoteStar is looking to hire a Finacle Customisation Lead on behalf of our Billion $ client for an on-site role (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune or Bhubaneswar)

**About The Role**:
We are looking for a Finacle Customisation Lead based out in any of the locations, or ready to relocate.

**What do we Value?**
- Around 8-10 years of experience in finacle customisation/development with 2-4 years of exposure in Finacle customization projects in Finacle 10x.
- Should have experience in leading a team of a minimum of 3-4 years
- Should have working experience in C24, FI & APIs.
- Work closely with business analysts and project managers to provide accurate estimates and delivery timelines
- Provide testing support (SIT and UAT) including defect analysis and resolution by the team
- Provide status reporting of the development status and risks/issues
- Responsible for initiating change and approval from stakeholders and defect-free production delivery
- Participate in post-release meetings and ensure continuous improvement in quality and productivity.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with discipline and should be flexible with working hours
- Should have customer-interfaced experience
