**Position Overview**:
A Restaurant Server plays a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for guests. This position involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. The server is the primary point of contact between the kitchen and the guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Greeting and Seating**:

- Welcome guests as they arrive, displaying a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus, and explaining any specials or promotions.

**2. Taking Orders**:

- Accurately record guests' food and beverage preferences, including any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu items.

**3. Serving Food and Beverages**:

- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders to the correct tables.
- Present food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and a pleasant presentation.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal.

**4. Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Set and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure that utensils, glassware, and plates are clean and properly arranged.
- Regularly clean and tidy the dining area, including wiping down surfaces and sweeping floors.

**5. Handling Payments**:

- Present bills to guests and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions in a secure and efficient manner.
- Provide change and receipts as necessary.

**6. Customer Service**:

- Anticipate and address guests' needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Resolve any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere to encourage repeat business.

**7. Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Communicate special requests or modifications clearly to the kitchen.

**8. Menu and Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any changes.
- Be knowledgeable about wine and beverage options, making recommendations when appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in taking orders and delivering them to the right tables.
- Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and providing change.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not always required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
