**Tender Identification and Evaluation**:

- Research and identify potential tender opportunities from various sources (online platforms, client requests, public notices, etc.).
- Analyze tender requirements, specifications, and conditions.
- Assess the feasibility and viability of participating in tenders.
- **Bid Preparation and Submission**:

- Prepare and compile bid submission documents, including technical specifications, financial proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all tenders are submitted within the stipulated deadlines and follow up on submission status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all tenders and bids.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Clarify bid conditions and address queries from clients.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information for tender submissions.
- **Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Monitor the tendering process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Evaluate the outcome of tenders and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and MIS on a regular basis.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- May involve drafting and negotiating agreements and commercial contracts.
- May assist in the preparation of project proposals.
- May be involved in receiving and dealing with client inquiries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
