- 2pm-12 am(UK Shift)**
**Days
- 5 days working (Depending on process after Training and OJT)**

**Job Description-**

**Roles and Responsibilities-**
** Responsible for making outbound calls(in UK) and regular follow up on leads assigned.**
** Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.**
** Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages.**
** Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.**
** Strictly adhere to the process requirements**
** Able to achieve deadlines and target as assigned**
** Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customers**

** Good communication and interpersonal skill**
** Ability to think independently and make decisions**
** Capable of working under pressure**
** Should be a good Team player.**
** Eager to learn new things and implement innovative ideas**
** Persistent and Problem solving abilities**
** Good skills in computer, especially MS Excel**
** Excellent communication and Convincing skills**
** Organizational and time-management skills**
** Decision-making skills**
** Must be a Graduate from a recognized university**
** Should have excellent interpersonal skills**

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- UK shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
