The Founder's Officer/ Executive Assistant is a vital role within the company, working closely with the founder(s) to execute strategic initiatives, manage operations, and drive the overall success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibility:
Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the founder's vision and values.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient execution of key processes and workflows.
Work closely with the founder(s) to develop and manage the companies work flow and day to day task
Manage owners’ calendar and assist him/her in every task
Generate MIS reports weekly / monthly/ annually
Manage Director’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
**Requirements**:
- Should be proficient in excel.
- should be comfortable travelling outstation or within Mumbai (will be reimbursed for travel)
- should be able to use AI
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
