**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present design ideas and concepts through sketches, renderings, and mood boards.
- **Design Development**:

- Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories.
- Create and present design proposals to clients for approval.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Oversee the installation and arrangement of furniture and accessories.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are being followed.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to create and refine designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technology.
- **Budgeting and Scheduling**:

- Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets.
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure designs comply with all necessary codes and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of sustainable design practices and incorporate them into projects where applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
