- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven delivery experience is preferred
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills

- Punctual and reliable
- **Job roles & responsibilities for delivery boy**:_
- Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame
- Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames
- Carefully loading and unloading all packages
- Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages
- Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner
- Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages
- Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery
- Cleaning, washing, refueling, and maintaining the company vehicle
- **Collection Agent Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as a debt collector
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Apt in negotiating and persuading
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
- **Job roles & responsibilities for collection agent**:_
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status
- Handle questions or complaints
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
- Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- Two/Four Wheeler Driving Licence (required)
