**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw photos and videos into polished, professional-quality content for marketing, social media, websites, and other platforms.
- Enhance images using color correction, retouching, cropping, and manipulation techniques.
- Cut, splice, and assemble footage to create cohesive video narratives.
- Add music, sound effects, voice-overs, motion graphics, and visual effects to video content.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, visual style, and tone across all content.
- Collaborate with the creative team, photographers, videographers, and marketers to understand project goals.
- Manage and organize digital assets and media libraries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photo and Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both photo and video editing work.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok).
- Creative mindset and ability to take initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Film Production, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience in animation or motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve.
