**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop comprehensive course curriculum and instructional materials tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions focused on improving students' English language skills, pronunciation, vocabulary, and public speaking abilities.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters confidence in students.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their speaking and presentation skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, techniques, and resources to enhance learning outcomes and keep students motivated and engaged.
- Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate course activities, share best practices, and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Stay updated on latest trends and developments in English language teaching and public speaking education, and incorporate relevant content and techniques into the course curriculum.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a public speaking coach, English language instructor, or similar role.
- Strong command of the English language, including excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
- Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with public speaking principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹300.00 - ₹400.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 4 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
