**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated **Career Counsellor** to guide students through the NEET Counselling process. This role involves proactive engagement with students and their parents, effectively communicating our services and facilitating sales. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving future business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance to students throughout the NEET counselling process.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with students and parents, promoting our services.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, following scripts to convey service offerings.
- Understand client needs through active listening and provide clear, detailed explanations of our services.
- Manage sales transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in processing.
- Address and resolve client concerns, maintaining the company’s positive reputation.
- Keep comprehensive and accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales for future follow-up.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English and Kannada (mandatory).
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology or a related field.
- Basic understanding of career counselling and sales principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to articulate company services effectively.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of maintaining accurate records.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students navigate their academic journey while fostering a productive and supportive client relationship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
