It also includes solve questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company, generate business, achieve assigned sales goals etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound / cold calls to generate leads
- Schedule appointments of clients for site visit
- Maintain a database of leads and client interactions
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer
complaints
- Achieve call targets set by the company
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor

**Desired Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree / Under graduate
- 1-3 years of hard-core tele calling experience in Real Estate
- Good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, high on energy and a team player
- Adaptable, flexible, willing to work with others
