We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated physiotherapist to join our team at Muskan Foundation. The physiotherapist will play a crucial role in improving the physical health and functional abilities of individuals with multiple disabilities through personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate the physical capabilities and limitations of individuals with multiple disabilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
- Provide education and guidance to clients and their caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to coordinate care and maximize functional independence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or registration to practice as a physiotherapist.
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹11,008.45 - ₹40,902.27 per month

- Sports injury management: 1 year (preferred)
