**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing branch operations including coordination with technicians and field staff
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain records of installations, services, inventory, and reports
- Liaise with banks, government offices, and vendors as per project requirements
- Oversee execution of security system installations and after-sales service follow-ups
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for submission to the Head Office
- **Qualification**: Graduate/ Diploma in Electrical or Electronic
- **Experience**: 5-8years in operations, service coordination, or administrative roles
- **Technical Awareness**: Basic understanding of CCTV and security systems is a plus
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must be from **Uttar Pradesh/ Bihar**:

- Willing to **relocate to Mumbai**:

- Honest, reliable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with field coordination and basic customer handling

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
