Investment Middle Office Services (“IMOS”) offers Investment Managers a global, comprehensive suite of services to fully outsource post-trade execution transaction processing and investment recordkeeping.

**Job Summary**
As a Trade Lifecycle professional within the Investment Middle Office Services team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end trade process, ensuring flawless delivery, and being accountable for change management and process improvement. You will continuously develop your industry and product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute BAU to be best in class. Publish weekly KPIs & KRIs and track deviations.
- Manage all trade exceptions and ensure closure.
- Communicate regularly with Senior Associates.
- Play a key role in audit reviews and checks.
- Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans.
- Communicate regularly with partner locations.
- Conduct research/investigations on systems to operations.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Review procedures and document new processes.
- Conduct research/investigations on systems to operations.
