We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Site Supervisor** to manage day-to-day work at our building construction sites in Pune. You will make sure the work is done on time, with good quality, and safely.

**Your Work**
- **Supervise** construction work like **building, centering,** and **finishing**.
- **Guide** workers, contractors, and ensure work follows drawings.
- **Check quality**of work and materials.
- **Keep records**of daily progress and report to engineers/managers.
- **Maintain safety** and **cleanliness** at the site.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum **2 years of site supervision experience**.
- Knowledge of building **construction, processes and drawings. centering** works.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building construction
- Experience in **centering/formwork** and shuttering works.
- Familiarity with **construction** materials, tools, and techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workforce and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to be on-site full-time and handle multiple responsibilities.
