**We are looking for “ECommerce Executives”**

**Positions: 2**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with internal teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Coordinating order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Observing sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Operating and maintaining existing IT networks based on the standard operating procedures.
- Providing specialized knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly & monthly sales by product categories, new product sell-through and offer code performance

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- Proactive mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
