**Job Overview**:

- Has knowledge of Bankruptcy chapters - 7, 9, 11, 12 and 13.
- Working knowledge of each of the chapters and understanding of setup, corrections and modifications of important dates in bankruptcy.
- Working knowledge of Plan Review/ Plan Review / SOI Review / Transfer Notice, Proof of Claims (POC), Filing of Motion for Relief (MFR) and referrals to Release, Reaffirmations, PPFNs, PCNs, NOFC.
- Good understanding of Chapter 13 guidelines where - Plan, Repayment, Discharge, Eligibility etc.,
- Understands set-up, closure and discharge of the bankruptcy.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting monthly performance reviews.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role_
- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)
- Good written and oral communications skills in English
- 3 years of US Mortgage Experience in managing Bankruptcy teams with 1 year as Team Leader role.
- Good exposure to MS office - especially MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint.
