- Navkar Technology and Communication LLP is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our cutting-edge software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the usability and overall user satisfaction of our products

**Responsibilities**:

- User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our SaaS products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
- User Experience Design: Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to optimize the user experience and streamline workflows
- Figma Proficiency: Utilize Figma as the primary design tool to collaborate with team members, create design assets, and maintain design consistency across the platform
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve design concepts
- UI/UX Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, incorporating innovative ideas into our products
- Design Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design patterns, and design specifications

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in the IT sector
- Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
- Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory
