**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As an IT Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the IT team in various projects and day-to-day operations, including:

- **Technical Support**:

- Troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assisting employees with IT-related queries.
- **System Maintenance**:

- Monitoring and maintaining IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Performing routine system updates and backups.
- **Network Administration**:

- Assisting in setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and network configurations.
- Supporting the IT team in maintaining network security.
- **Documentation**:

- Documenting IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Updating inventory of IT equipment and tools.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Supporting IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or installations.
- Collaborating with the team to learn and implement new IT solutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS).
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and other common tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
