Faculty Reasoing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning** with a strong focus on concept clarity and exam relevance.
- Design and deliver structured, interactive lessons aligned with the syllabus and pattern of Sainik School, RMS, and RIMC entrance exams.
- Provide well-prepared notes, reasoning assignments, and extensive practice worksheets.
- Regularly assess student understanding and adjust teaching strategies to bridge learning gaps.
- Conduct **mock tests, quizzes, and doubt-clearing sessions** to ensure effective retention and exam readiness.
- Motivate and guide students to achieve high scores in reasoning sections of competitive exams.
- Work in collaboration with academic coordinators for syllabus planning, content development, and student progress tracking.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline with a strong foundation in Reasoning & Aptitude.
- Minimum **3-5 years of teaching experience** in Reasoning, preferably in the domain of competitive exam coaching.
- In-depth knowledge of **reasoning question types**, techniques, and short tricks used in Sainik School, RMS, and RIMC entrance exams.
- Excellent communication skills, student engagement ability, and classroom management.
- Proficiency in using **smart boards, digital tools, and interactive teaching methods**.
- Should have a **ready repository of reasoning content and practice material** suited for entrance exam preparation.
- Those with **prior experience in coaching for military school entrance exams**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
