Purchase Order / Work Order Preparation in ERP.
- Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies
- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Procurement of all Material Related to Construction (Wood, Steel, Cement, Hardware, Plumbing, Sanitary ware and Electrical).
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Forecasts demand for certain products and makes orders accordingly
- Checks inventory, tracks how inventory is used, and adjusts purchasing habits in accord with apparent trends.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
- Administer on-line purchasing systems.
- Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as a procurement manager or procurement officer
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data

**Skills**:
Negotiation, Cost Reduction, Comparison, Good verbal & mail Communication, Documentation Skills, Problem Solving, Analyzing skill, vendor development, follow up, Coordination between internal staff**. **Good knowledge and command on **MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet.**

**Qualifications**:
Any Graduate with relevant experience having knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or any ERP. Technical graduate will be given preference, preferably civil, electrical, mechanical.
