Their work spans digital and print platforms, including websites, advertisements, brochures, logos, packaging, and more. Key responsibilities
- **Designing Visual Concepts**: Brainstorming and developing original ideas and visuals based on project requirements, client briefs, and target audience preferences. This can involve creating illustrations, logos, layouts, and other designs using design software or hand sketching.
- **Developing Graphics for Various Media**: Creating graphics for diverse platforms such as websites, social media, print advertisements, packaging, and presentations.
- **Collaborating with Teams and Clients**: Working closely with copywriters, marketing teams, art directors, and other stakeholders to understand project needs, ensure cohesive visuals, and incorporate feedback.
- **Maintaining Brand Guidelines**: Ensuring consistency in visual designs across all materials to build and uphold a strong brand identity.
- **Utilizing Design Software**: Proficiency in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools.
- **Meeting Deadlines**: Managing time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- **Staying Updated**: Researching and incorporating the latest design trends, software, and technologies into projects to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and skills
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is often preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise through a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work.
- Proficiency in design software's - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - After effect, Premier Pro (Optional)
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with the ability to conceptualize and generate innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively to clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
- Strong time management and organizational skills for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to overcome design challenges and adjust to evolving project requirements.
- Knowledge of design trends and an eagerness for continuous learning.
- Some roles may require additional skills like motion graphics, video editing, or basic UI/UX design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
