**Role - **Legal Associate

**Location**: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

We are seeking an experienced Legal Associate to join our team and play a key role in contract drafting for our clients. In this client-facing role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, advise on legal matters, and draft contracts that are clear, concise, and protect their interests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review a variety of contracts, including service agreements, purchase agreements and lease agreements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and other parties involved in contract negotiations.
- Ensure that contracts are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts and client communications.
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments and market trends in contract drafting.
- Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Admitted to the bar and in good standing.
- 1+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and other parties involved in contract negotiations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
