Job Title: Full-Time Hindi Teacher

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our team at Vistas Learning. As a Full-Time Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, helping them develop their Hindi language skills, and fostering a love for the language. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 15,000 to 20,000 per month.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan and deliver effective Hindi language lessons that meet the curriculum standards and objectives set by Vistas Learning.

Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate and excel in their Hindi language learning.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities of students.

Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly through assignments, tests, and other forms of assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and performance.

Collaborate with other Hindi teachers and staff members to develop and improve the Hindi language curriculum and teaching materials.

Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues regarding students' progress, concerns, and achievements.

Stay updated with current teaching methodologies, educational research, and trends in Hindi language instruction.

Attend professional development workshops and training sessions as required by Vistas Learning.

Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and staff meetings as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Fluency in Hindi language, both spoken and written, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

Proven experience in teaching Hindi to students of varying age groups and proficiency levels.

Familiarity with the use of technology in language instruction, including interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.

Strong organizational and time management skills to plan lessons, prepare teaching materials, and assess students' work.

Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for the Hindi language among students.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall development of the Hindi language program.

Salary Range: 15,000 to 20,000 per month
