**Paid Media Executive - Google & Meta Ads**

**Experience**:
**Job Responsibility**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads knowledge will be an advantage).
- Conduct keyword research, manage keyword lists, and maintain negative keyword lists.
- Optimize bidding strategies by keyword, placement, device, location, and audience segment.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates for Google and Meta.
- Support senior team members with campaign adjustments and strategy implementation.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct audience and persona research to enhance targeting and campaign results.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (LinkedIn Ads a plus).
- Proficiency in PPC and keyword research tools, and campaign management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
