Job Responsibilities: - Direct Sales - Identify potential merchants and enroll them as business correspondent of IndusInd Bank who will provide banking services in locality. - Customer Management - Manage and build relationships with BMS merchants and build relationships with end-point Customers for business upscaling. Must show good professional communication and influencing skills to tackle customers in the field. - Target Achievement & Productivity Deliverance - Meet month on month target of enrolment and liabilities sourced via BC merchants. Must be able to sell Personal Loans/Retail Small Capital Loans. - Process and Compliance - Must ensure 100% collection efficiency of loans, adherence to business compliance policies and prioritize portfolio quality maintenance at designated Branch. Job Location: Kopargaon, Bodhegaon, Pen, Alibaug, Palghar, Shahada, baglan, Kalwan, Shahapur, Dhule, Shirpur

Pay: ₹15,200.00 - ₹20,300.00 per month
