**Job Title: Freight Broker (US Logistics) Job Description**:
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule: Night Shift

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Acquisition**: Engage in outbound sales calls to build and expand a portfolio of customers for freight services.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors to provide valuable insights and identify potential opportunities.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers to secure the best deals for both parties.
- **Documentation**: Handle and manage the necessary paperwork and documentation associated with freight transactions.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the transportation process to ensure smooth operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in making sales calls and a proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly learn and understand the logistics industry, even if you do not have prior experience in this field.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Adept at negotiating and closing deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Customer Focus**: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of proven freight experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must be trustworthy and honest.
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
- Sales-minded and internally driven to succeed.
