Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- **Material Handling**: Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the required dimensions and tolerances.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve minor machine issues and operational problems.
- **Documentation**: Keep logs of production runs and report deviations from specifications.

Additional Responsibilities (depending on the specific role):

- **Programming**:Some CNC operators may be involved in programming the CNC machines or making simple program adjustments.
- **Collaboration**:Work with engineers and quality control personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

Skills and Qualities:

- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of CNC machine operation, blueprint reading, and basic machining principles.
- **Precision and Accuracy**: A strong ability to work with precision tools and maintain accuracy in measurements.
- **Problem-Solving**: The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during production.
