**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product availability and updates.
- **Sales Optimization**:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, product performance, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Work to improve conversion rates and the overall customer experience on the e-commerce site.
- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**:

- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Work with the logistics team to address any fulfillment or delivery issues.
- **Customer Service & Support**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently through various online communication channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.

**Experience**:
